HOUSING UPDATE WSYG 2008
There is a reason we picked on of the most POPULAR hotels in Anaheim for the WSYG 2008 WIRED, Live Connected. The HILTON hotel works well with LARGE groups, moves them well, feeds them well, and houses them efficiently. Since the Hilton is the Gathering Hotel we want you to plan ahead, rooms are going fast and availability is limited.

Post event stays are still wide open. All reservations must be made directly through the Hilton and our Gathering Rate of $169 will be honored.

You need to know that there is a BIG group preceding us, but Hilton is used to this kind of activity.

Come to the gathering, play all week-end long and then go back home.

WSYG 08 has contracted a room rate of $585/room for the three nights of the Gathering (tax included). Housing costs will be paid by your group directly to the hotel.

Housing cost per person for the event are as follows:

• 4 people/room - $146.25/person
• 3 people/room - $195.00/person
• 2 people/room - $292.50/person
• 1 person/room - $585.00/person

WSYG 08 policy is for a maximum of 4 people per room. Please make sure to check your synod’s policy about placing adults and youth in the same hotel room. The hotel cannot guarantee adjacent rooms. Check in is at 3:00 pm.
