Advertising and Exhibiting

Exhibiting:
WSYG 08 is pleased to offer your ministry organization an opportunity to reach the 2,000 attendees of WSYG. Here's some of the details:

• Exhibits will be located in Pacific Promenade, right outside the Pacific Ballroom where all of our nightlife and some of the workshops will be held.
• Exhibits are open:
  • Tuesday, July 29th- 9:30pm-Midnight
  • Wednesday, July 29th 12:30-2pm & 9:30pm-midnight
  • Thursday, July 31 7:30-9am & 11:30-2pm
• Deadline to reserve Exhibit Space is June 4, 2008.
• Cost is $200 for the first table (approx. 6 ft) and $100 for each additional table. Your Exhibit fee includes one Event Registration. We require that any additional folks at your table register separately for the event.

Advertising:
WSYG 08 is offering several advertising opportunities:

• Promotional Giveaways: Do you have frisbees, beach balls, etc... with your company logo on them? If so, we'd love to give them away at our Beach Party!
  
  
• Program Book Advertisements: Each of the 2,000 participants at WSYG 08 will receive a full-color Program Book with details on the event. Advertising rates are as follows:
  • Full-Page Inside Front Cover - $750 (1 available)
  • Full-Page Outside Back Cover - $750 (1 available)
  • Full-Page Inside Back Cover - $750 (1 available)
  • Full-Page - $625 (4 available)
  • Half-Page - $475 (2 available)
